There are a whole lot of hotels to choose from in Las Vegas. Though of course each of them offer something a little bit unique to something very unique.
So lets play the game "What If" yet again with this one.
What if you were given the choice of any hotel and any room in Las Vegas reguardless of cost or length of stay. Which would you chose and what made you come to your decision?
This one is very difficult for me to answer because I have yet to make my first trip there. However after doing a whole lot of research about the hotels there to prepare for my trip I would have to say that if money didnt matter I would chose the Panoramic View at the Wynn.
It is just breath taking. Even though I fear heights and it is on the 56th floor, this would still be the room I would take.
Check out this room, here is a video I found of someone giving a tour of the room.

caesars hand's down. i can have pretty much any suite i want in the city excluding most penthouses. caesars gives me a senators suite in augustus tower. if i had to pay for it it runs about 3k a night. i have stayed in their emporers suite, and have been offered it on occasion, but to be honest it is too big. usually about 5k a night if paying. i usually travel by myself or with one or two others. if i am entertaining the senators suite is just fine anyway. i have been in most of the penthouses and private suites not open to the public. i dont go for the hotel rooms so anything clean is really all i need. i have stayed in almost all of the basic rooms, in all the hotels, over the years. they are all the same to me. steve wynn is a family friend and i am friends with some of his personal staff. they always treat me like gold but im not a huge fan of his hotels. too "blue bloody" for me. i appreciate the red carpet but i also have no problem with a basic room at main street station. i have a wonderful host at caesars who really does care about people not just numbers. that is the main reason i am loyal there...

Here is a video of a room tour in Caesar's palace.

The rooms are quite nice and spaceious, though I still would have to continue to say that I prefer the Wynn still.
Then again 1819 it sounds like you really recieve the royal treatment when you make a stop in at the Caesar's palace, so that too would proably sway my decision as well.

My wife and I have stayed in several suites in Las Vegas, and only one comes close to the rooms 1819 has stayed in.
That one room was given to us by the Venetian because of a bowling tournament that was in town during that time.
The Palazzo gave our room away to accommodate others.
So, the Venetian gave us a large suite, I guess as an upgrade from our previous room that was given away.
This suite was on the bottom floor with a cement wall for a view. Yes it was roomy and had all the extras in it, but I still prefer the regular suites in the Palazzo. :D
When you get a chance 1819, get a view room at the Palazzo. I think you will like it a lot.
When you get the chance, spend a night in one of their regular view rooms, and then get back to us on your thoughts about it.
All rooms are suites there and I fell in love with the first one we spent a few days in.
My boss mentioned that their business suites, one they gave her for meetings I guess, were not to her liking.
She changed rooms for a larger suite.
I don't know what they name their suites at the Palazzo, but the one she had gotten has more area than the home I live in now.
