When I go back to Vegas, I would love to take the helicopter tour of Las Vegas, and then go on to tour the grand canyon by helicopter.
I read that you can even have lunch in the grand canyon during this tour. That tour would be very exciting without the lunch. lol.
Just to see the grandcanyon up close would be a magnificent thing to do. You would be able to see parts of it that no one but people taking this tour would be able to see.
As to the cost, I have no idea what it would cost, but however much I would have to pay would be well worth it.

Sometimes you can get a package deal when you book your flight and room. you can either get discounted price or sometimes they throw in tours free. worth looking around for.

Here is such a tour, nothing like real live tours though I bet.

I thought about it last time I was there...Think Vegas would be cool to see at night (not sure they do that)
That video of the Grand Canyon just makes me want to do it more. That is awesome looking!

Oh dear thank you for the virtual tour. I was so very close to the grand canyon when we were driving semi truck but we could not go that way. We did take the truck to see the meteor crater. That was fun. I want to go and will take the extra money to go by helicopter. I want to see it from the air and on foot. Both views have to be beautiful. It is still hard to believe that the colorodo river cut that out of the earth.

The helicopter tour would be nice to see the Grand Canyon, but I had rather see the casinos on foot. The outside of them do not do then justice.

The helicopter ride and picnic will cost from $290 and up and will last around 3.5 hours.
With a 45 minute flight each way, that will leave you 2 hours for the picnic and sightseeing.
There is also a helicopter ride with a ranch barbecue, cowboy stories and maybe even horseback riding, that costs $290 and up. I would pick this one.
This lasts around 4.5 hours. The flight will take about an hour or more round trip, so that leaves 3 hours of fun in between.
There are a couple others that are more expensive with several different ways of travel; air, ground and water rides, which include a helicopter.
Or, if you would like a wedding and helicopter ride; it will cost between $750 and $1,000.
A few years ago I noticed a helicopter wedding that had costs up to $3,000!
What a ride that must have been!
I got this from Viator dot com.

After watching this video, I want a ride now. I'd take that over gambling.
But after a one day helicopter trip, I may have to stay in the hotel room for the rest of my stay.
