The Mix restaurant was opened in 2004 by chef Alain Ducasse who is internationally acclaimed. It is located on the 64th floor of THEhotel with a wonderful view of the strip. It also boasts a beautiful white dining room with a 15,000-piece "Champagne bubble" chandelier. The menu is out of this world. They have plenty of choices when it comes to drinks as well. You can choose from 1200 bottles of wine. The cuisine is a mix of different nationalities with a bit of a French emphasis.

The main course will cost you on average $45 but I don't think you would be dissapointed. They serve the best of the best. Appetizers cost on average $25 and dessert will cost you $12.

Very elegant! There are so many outstanding restaurants in Vegas, But I hadn't heard of this one. It's got to go on my list of things to try.

The Mix is found in TheHotel at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

I looked up some of the patron's reviews about the Mix and found them to be rated 9 out of 10 and 4 out of 5 stars.
The Mobile Guide rated them with a 4 Star rating. That is really up there with the Mobile travel guide, since they only go to 5 Stars in their star ratings.

Other than its beauty and glamour, how the food tastes is what I'm looking at as a man with an appetite. And it may be a bit costly there if you are really hungry.

LOL, A man's appetite is definitely gong to cost you. The place is certainly beautiful though. It would be an experience to remember.
