Many Vegas business's have changed the way they are handling employee benifits. Many said that they had not changed them at all in the last year while others have increased deductables and copays on their health plans.

Business owners don't want to have to do this but times are hard and they are trying to keep their business's running. You can be sure that the employees aren't pleased but they will deal with the changes because they still have jobs.

These business's have also changed the way they do other things. Advertising for their business's and similar services that they pay for. All in the effort to keep going and make it over the economic hurdle.

Right now everyone who is employed may get annoyed at things like changes being done to their benefits and such, but they all have to look at the bright side of things and be thankful that they still have that income.
Right now to many people are already out of work due to the economy.
I am sure that when things do finally get better that their benefits will again change to their liking, or at least improve. Businesses have to do all that they can to keep their heads above water. This economy is really hard on everyone right now.
