Nevada is now issuing a new drivers license, permit, and id cards. The new price has gone up 75cents. The DMV will no longer issue any more license , id cards, or permits over the counter. They will all have to be mailed to you.
They will however provide a temp document that will expire in 30 days, while the new one will be mailed to you. When your license expires, you take that to the DMV, and they will invalidate it and give it back to you, along with the temp document, (this is so you can still use it as identification).
