I guess the weather put on a show last night in Las Vegas before Caesar's Palace could get their fireworks show going.
A severe thunderstorm came rolling through, soaking the people outside waiting for the fireworks to begin. Good for them at least the delay was only thirty minutes. At 9:45 last night the fireworks display began.

Vegas had expected a 3.2% increase in visitors this Fourth of July weekend over last year. I hope they got it.
The Fourth of July weekend is always a big one for Las Vegas so I imagine this was a good one for them as have been in the past.
