Las Vegas has very dry air.
Most Hotels will give you a humidifier on request. If you have breathing problems I recommend this. Also, if you live in a very humid area, the dry air will be uncomfortable to you.
It also affects skin and hair - be sure to bring moisturizer for your skin and use a conditioner when you wash your hair.

Very good advice!! I live in a humid climate, and when I go to Vegas, I really need moisturizer. It is amazing how different the climate is in different places.

I have very dry skin to begin with and the dry air in Vegas is sure rough on me. I am a Johnsons Baby Magic kid, lol. It is the best lotion I have found yet for my dry skin. And I take it to Vegas with me to use a couple of times a day while there. It sure helps.

Thanks for this advice. I've never been to Vegas, but am planning to go perhaps in the Spring. Having dry skin, living in a humid area, and being an asthmatic. I'm very appreciative that you've given me this advice on making my trip more enjoyable.

Is it much different than Arizona as far as how dry the air is? I stayed in Arizona for 2 weeks and loved the weather. I didn't find it hard to deal with at all. Well I did find that my husband had to have the air conditioning on all the time and that drove me crazy. I liked the warm weather and found it comfortable. I guess it is because I normally have a low body temperature that makes the heat easier to deal with.
