Harrah's Exec. to Retire

After 30 years with Harrah's Entertainment, Vice Chairman Chuck Atwood will retire this month. Atwood helped the company grow from only 2 casinos in northern Nevada to 50 casinos all over the world. He stated that he'd be stepping down on December 19th.

It hasn't been reported who, if anyone will be stepping into Atwood's shoes.

Wow after thirty years in the business and getting to see it grow like it has is amazing. Though I am sure that there will be many to hate to see him go. I hope he enjoys retirement. I also hope that who ever has the opportunity to take his place will also do great things as Chuck Atwood as done.

I would think after 30 years he would be ready to retire.. I hope he has a very happy retirement!!
