Be sure to take only the money that you plan to spend that day with you, leave all other money and things of value in the hotel safe. You can never be too careful.
Always try to go places with a friend, theres safety in numbers.
Its even a good idea to have a friend go to the restroom with you to prevent the possibility of robbery as some places dont have restroom attendants.
Try to carry your money in something other than a purse. A belly bag, or even in your sock is much better than having the temptation of a purse sitting next to you.
Watch your chips while playing table games, someone may distract you while a friend of theirs helps themselves to your chips.
