I have never stayed at a nice hotel especially in Las Vegas. Do they provide you with much in the way of toiletries? The more I know the less I will have to carry with me.
Is there food available in the rooms. I know most places you can have stuff delivered up but are there some snacks already provided? I get hungry in the middle of the night and don't think I want to wake others to go grab a bite.

When you first check into your room and get somewhat settled in, look around and see what you may need; be it extra toilet paper, tissue, towels, extra pillows, or even a humidifier or cooler. I don't think every hotel has a small refrigerator in the room, so that is another thing to think about.
After you've got a tally of any extras you would like in your room, call room service or house cleaning. Most hotels will provide you with extras when you ask for them.
Be sure to tip the person or person's that bring these items to you. Tipping goes a long way if you are in need of something else later in the day.
Also be sure to tip the house cleaning people every day, as they will usually go out of their way to give you any extras when you ask for them and keep the room extra clean as well.
As far as getting hungry later in the night, you may have to buy something earlier if you don't wish to wake the other members in your room.
The room service will bring meals up to your room, but this may wake those who are asleep, and I think there's a cut-off time for the food service at most hotels.
This is where the extra refrigerator comes in handy, if you can get one. The humidifier and refrigerator are usually the first things on my list to ask about.
Get all of these plans together when you first check into your room, and then you can adjust your needs accordingly.
