Only in Vegas do they celebrate implosions like this! You have to watch this.

When I see this, I don't know if I should laugh or cry. There went a piece of history - The Frontier was much a part of Vegas since 1942. Before that, since 1930, it was a casino called "club'o dice". t makes me sad to see these historic buildings go...

On the other hand, what a display!

And here goes the stardust.

This one made me really sad, I used to stay there. They had a wing that had rooms overlooking a Palm garden and it has balconies - something you don't normally find in Vegas.

Here went the Alladin - a bit less glamorous than the two preceeding ones.

What a shame to see such wonderful buildings go to the ground like that. But what a way to go. The Frontier was the saddest of them all I think how do you take out a piece of history like that.

It was a beautiful display however. I liked the way they had the countdown on the front of the building and the plunger going down too. WoW!

I have never even been to any of these places but it is still heart-wrenching to see them come down. I know there is a lot of history for a lot of people in these buildings and it has to be hard to see them go.

It is amazing to watch and yet sad at same time. It still amazes me to see them drop a building like that without disturbing any other buildings.
