We were discussing Freemont Street in another thread, but I thought this deserved its own thread...:)
Here's a list of the concerts that will be taking place on Freemont Street on the weekends this summer in Las Vegas from Memorial Day and finishing up during the Labor Day weekend.
May 23rd: The Guess Who
May 24th: Blood, Sweat and Tears
June 6th: Rare Earth / Bill Haley's Comets
July 3rd: Big Brother & The Holding Company
July 4th: The Grass Roots
July 18th: Jefferson Starship(!!!!! I'd love to see this one)
July 25th: The 5th Dimension
August 14th - 16th: Woodstock TributePalooza (this should be great, too!) - homages to Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Cocker, CCR, The Grateful Dead and The Who.
September 5th: Canned Heat
September 6th: Special performances, TBA
