When you decide to take a trip to Las Vegas you may want to take the kids along for the ride. It isn't impossible to take them and still have a good time. Hiring a babysitter at home or leaving them with family could make your trip a short one.

There are options available to parents who have young children. Some of the hotels and resorts offer in house babysitting. You can usually get them for a couple of hours or all night. The ones who don't have a service can provide you with information pertaining to local services.

I suggest that you ask about this when you are booking you hotel. This way you know ahead of time if they provide the service or if you need another resource. If you do you can get the information and call ahead. You can also do some background checking so that you can feel safe leaving your little ones behind.

You can ask for references and years of experience. I like to know how many people they have employed with their service and the child to care provider ratio. I need to know that my child is going to get the proper care.

I also like to ask about their licensing information so that I can look it up. You can find out if they have ever been investigated or charged with misconduct. All of this is important for your sanity and your childs safety.

The Excalibur is very kid friendly. It offered puppet shows last time I was there, and is a family oriented Hotel.

Here is what it looks like:

you could do that..or...if you have a mom like mine who doesn't like to gamble and goes to bed early...you can take her along. then during day family can go see the sites, rides etc...and at night you can go out with hubby.
