I have a question on Las Vegas. I have never been their so I was thinking, do they have very small places that has gaming?
Like a restaurant or convenience store? I was wondering if winning is better if you go to a really small place.
A lot of the times when I go to a big casino, I don't do too well. Especially during the day. I do a lot better late at night myself.
I was wondering if they had smaller places to gamble and, if anyone has played their or done any good at a smaller place.
I would like to try a really small place one time just to get away from the big crowds.
smaller off strip casinos will always have better video poker odds. slots are slightly better. there are tons of smaller casinos to play at. google "off strip casino map" and you will find a ton. sams'town is one of my favs although they have added so much casino floor space it is now up to par with the big places. still has a hometown feel. arizona charlies has 2 casinos, in town, that are smaller and worth a trip. on strip- bills, o'sheas, slots o fun are about the smallest you'll find. gas staions, bars, 7-11's, shopping malls that have slots should be avoided like the plague. they will have the minimum payouts allowed by law and maybe even below.... the airport used to be a bad place as the %'s were terrible since they didnt cater to a returning customer. that has changed a little as they try to make the airport more like a mini casino. would put a few bucks through while waiting for a flight but still would not spend too much time there... good luck...

I had noticed that on my last trip to the airport about seven months ago, upon leaving Vegas my wife and I split a $20 bill in one of our favorite airport slots.
She lost her $10 and I doubled-up on what was left over.
So, after gambling for over 30 minutes while whittling away time, we walked away with the same $20 we put in.
That's better than a few years ago when we would each spend a $20 bill and lose it all, even after hitting several different machines.
