The Las Vegas Visitor and convention authority wanted to invite an entire town to see vegas for free. They ended up choosing Cranfills Gap, with a population of 350.
Half of the population accepted the offer and off to Vegas they went. They did have to agree to allow cameras to film them in Vegas. None of that "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" stuff.
Must be something very romantic about Vegas - at least two couples got married while there.
I think it would be great fun, to have your town or just your neighborhood go to Vegas all together. I bet relationships will all turn to the better and the common experience will strengthen bonds.
