Actually, this game isn't as bad as I thought...as long as you don't play it at casinos within the Harrah's group...(Bills, Bally's, Caesars, Harrah's, Paris, Flamingo, Rio and Imperial Palace)

Keep in mind that as VegasLover mentioned, Blackjack pays even money (instead of 3:2 or even 6:5), and a dealer 22 counts as a push instead of a win for the player...
The side bet has a house advantage of 2.55%, which isn't too bad.
