Opens poker team tournament to the public, for the first time. It will be held at the Caesars Palace. It will have a total of 100 teams. This tournament will be held on March 27-29, 2009.

To join in the game will be $500.00 plus $50.00 per player. It will be a team based game. The dream team poker game will allow people to compete both individually, and score points for your team.

Alot of money is going to be in the kiddy, like $150,000. The players in the tournament will all receive a custom team jersey, room rate discount, and will be able to go to the welcome party and the winner’s ceremony.

This is an interesting idea. Wish I was going to be out there to see this. Looks like this is a fairly new concept - only the second time they have done it.
