Is it correct playing pokerstars when underaged?

Yes it is correct playing PokerStars when under-aged but only if you are playing for free money gaming. If you are playing real money gaming then it is not right, you are playing illegally. PokerStars also provides free money gaming. So play that till you became of proper age to play real money gaming.

I play at PokerStars quite often and a lot of my card playing is in the free money games.

You can start off in the 100 to 500 play money buy-in tournament games and when you learn enough and win enough you can move up to the higher buy-in free money games.
If you happen to run out of free money chips, you can request more to get your chip-stack back to 1000.

If you find it hard to get your chips back up to 1000, just go to the lower buy-in ring games and use what you have left to buy your seat.
Then either play it off or ask for more chips by clicking on the "chip stack" by the table's dealer, and then it will top off your chips to 1000 again.

I use to do that often until I decided to play patiently and win more of the free money six-person tournament games.
