Dropping prices to make a few bucks is better than complaining about it and not changing anything.

I could imagine that many of the resorts are still flying in high-dollar foods/cuisine, but if nobody is there to eat it, so the resorts have to eat the bill.

My guess is that they have already dropped the daily fly-ins, to help cut their budgeting a bit.

I bet once CityCenter rooms are all open prices will drop even further. That will add a lot of competition to the mix. Between the economy and available rooms in Vegas, they are gonna have to drop prices to keep customers coming.
