This event is planned for january 27th it will be held at the Aria. It is for a good cause and I hope that they recieve all of the money that they need.

Reservations are now available for Clinics in Schools' second Golden Apple Gala at the Gold Boutique Nightclub and Lounge at the Aria Hotel and Casino on Jan. 27.

Tickets are $125 per person, and 100 percent of the proceeds benefit Clinics in Schools. Founded in 2009 by Dr. Noah Kohn, the non-profit organization provides free school-based health care for uninsured children in the state's school systems, it said in a news release.

The event starts at 6 p.m.

At the cocktail party, where hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails from the Union Restaurant and Lounge will be served, guests will have a chance to bid on a variety of dining, entertainment and travel packages.

This is for a very worthy cause and I wish that this was an option that was available in schools all across the country because in some cases, this would be the only health care that some children will get.

Hopefully they will meet their goal and be able to do this. Kudos to Noah Kohn for coming up with this idea.
