Default Home prices in Vegas dropping.

This beautiful 11,640 sp ft home has dropped in price in the last 3 years from $11.5M to $3.9M.

Quote:
." It has Swarovski Crystal chandeliers, 187 hand-picked slabs of granite and Giallo Antico marble, Crème Marfil pillars, hand-hewn wood floors and one-of-a-kind hand-made Italian furnishings that are being sold with the estate. The formal dining area has built-in cabinetry custom-made in Italy. There is a music room, a 10-seat home theater, and an owners' wing with entry doors created by artist Leslie Rankin.
With its many options, this place is a literal "steal", that is if you happen to have an extra $4M or so lying around.

That looks like a dream house, IluvVegas. Yeah, I'd buy it if I had some four-million dollars laying around (or better yet, in my bank ).

I bet you had the cash, you could talk them down to $3.5 million to buy that mansion.

If I did buy a house like the one in the picture, I'd try to move in some of the family to help with the upkeep (and to have my family close by of course).
