Default Las Vegas casino revenue report.

I was reading about the various casinos in Las Vegas. It seems revenue reports vary in Vegas.

One casino reports losses while another reports gains. Some of this I think has to do with tourism and the economy.

Quote:
Las Vegas locals gaming leader Station Casinos Inc. today said it lost $176.5 million in the fourth quarter as net revenue declined. Station said that for the full year, its average daily room rate was $62, down from $67.
Quote:
Las Vegas-based casino operator Herbst Gaming on Thursday posted a fourth quarter profit of $371 million, reversing a year-earlier loss of $32 million.
The second mentioned casino had however filed bankruptcy. This wiped out all of its debt which may explain the huge gain.
