Well, the folks over at MGM Mirage can breath again, for the next 60 days, at least. They paid down their multi-billion debt down by $300M...

It'll definitely be interesting to see how this pans out.

Yeah, they didn't expect the economy to drop off in the middle of building their City Center project.

If they can get at least one of the condos up and running, things may take a turn for the City Center.

I hope things will improve and go thier way. I like the Mirage. With hope and prayers the economy will change alot this year.

The fact that one of the condos ended up having so many structure problems hasn't helped them any either. Has anyone heard anything more about that? I know it had to do with the rebar that used.
