Default Nevadas Black Book

Nevadas Black Book was created in 1960 when it was created to help deter organized crime. To date, there are 36 current names in this book that keeps the people named in the book from entering any casino in the state of Nevada.

Michael McNieve is the 36th person to be named in the states Black Book. McNieve is a convicted cheater and will not be able gamble anywhere in Nevada because of his inclusion in the states book.

Quote:
McNeive pleaded guilty to having a cheating device at Harrah's Laughlin in 2001. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to trying to cheat a slot machine at a Rite Aid drugstore in Las Vegas.
I wasnt aware that there was such a book, but I personally think it is a geat idea. I have to wonder if the people that owe the casinos so much money will also be included?

I don't think that would be right in my opinion.

They played fairly and used up their markers but didn't pay back.
And I think those who owe money might be in the same book, so to speak.

They can have their ramaining monies garnished and any payroll received will mostly go right to the casino/s they owe to, other than paying their normal bills.

The way I look at it is; why would I get out a loan on money when it doesn't get me much other than my own personal entertainment?

I imagine that there is more than 36 names on it .

From what I understand each casino also has its own set of names they will not allow back in their casino as well.

I didn't know there was a state book.
