Default New Park

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman is celebrating the grand opening of a new city park that is dedicated to Sin City's historic neon signs.

The mayor will be hosting a ribbon cutting Thursday at the Neon Bone yard Park in downtown Las Vegas.

The $2 million Neon Bone yard Park features a display of the museum's neon signs collected from historic Las Vegas buildings. This would be amazing to see.

There will also be groundbreaking for a visitors center across from this, also overseen by the mayor.

Yeah, that is pretty cool. I bet there are a lot of Las Vegas signs in that bone yard that I saw when I was a child.

If I think about it, I'll have to take a ride to the old sign bone yard to see what memories I can "dig up".
