Default Suit against Harrahs dismissed.

The attorney taking care of the bondholder suit against Harrahs was found guilty of felony charges, and he has lost his law license. So the suit against Harrahs was voluntairly dismissed.

The attorney was found guilty of criminal contempt and wire fraud, causing the loss of his license.

The only things left of that suit is to find out who may be
due legal fees and expenses.

The case had started because of Harrahs debt-swap and this made some bond holders very unhappy.

Good deal for Harrah's.

I hope any swapping they have done won't hurt their investors.

By the sound of it, if their bond holders were made unhappy, they made some kind of unwanted changes.

That's good. Looks like Harrah's took all the legal steps in order, so they should be safe in that area.

Thanks for the news clip Eyeofngt.
