Undercover Boss.

This reality show is great and I have seen it several times. It features boss's who are undercover working with the employees of their companies.

They get to really know the people that they employee and end up doing some remarkable things for these people.

MGM Grand President and Chief Operating Officer Scott Sibella is going undercover as a frontline employee at his property for a CBS reality show.

Sibella will appear on the network’s “Undercover Boss” television show Sunday disguised as a dealer and guests services representative at MGM Grand.

A preview of the episode shows Sibella being scolded by another dealer for putting his hands in his pockets and casino patrons guiding the MGM Grand president as he deals cards.

It really makes a difference in the way some of these people think and how they act as far as being a boss is concerned.

That a really cool idea. BUT... hopefully the employees like the company they work for and don't talk smack to the boss without even knowing thats him! That would be aweful!

I've never seen this show but now I'd like to try and catch it on.

I have seen this show a few times and really enjoy it.

As to the boss at a casino going undercover, thats a great idea. It gives him a good idea at what all the dealers etc have to deal with on any given day.

I just hope that no one decides to rob the dealer while the boss is working. That would really be horrible.

I wish that this could be done in alot of places. It would be nice for the boss to see what a workers typical day is really like. It would also be nice because then they would really get to know their workers as people instead on numbers like in most large companies.

Corporate meetings always include the big wigs and never the little guys. You know as well as I do if it wasn't for the little guys the work wouldn't get done and the companies wouldn't do well.
