Union Vs. Casino

It appears that a casino in Las Vegas is being sued because they have switched from union work to non-union work.

Just this past Thursday the Culinary Union filed the suit against the Casino.The Western Casino which is located in downtown Vegas is the one that's being sued.

I wonder how all of this will pan out in the end. One side says the problem was solved and the other says that it never was.

The courts will have fun figuring this one out if it goes that far. If problems like this were not around the world would be a much better place. Sadfully that is never going to happen.
