Wynn's Divorce Terms

Eight months ago, Steve Wynn filed for divorce from wife Elaine Wynn. They have reached an agreement and the way has been paved for the divorce.

They have come up with a amicable agreement that is court-approved to split their $2 billion gambling empire between them.

Secret court house negotiations took plce last week and the confidential settlement does not have to be disclosed to federal and state regulators until after the Wynn's receive their divorce decree sometime early next year.

As far as Wynn resorts goes, neither party intends any changes there. they will both remain in control of the company according to Steve's lawyer.

That's the smart "Business since" way to keep the Wynn empire alive and thriving.

Leave things as they are if you're planning on splitting it in half.

I like it, but hope they stay on agreeable terms that won't hurt the future Wynn gambling empire which has taken years to grow.

I wouldn't be too suprised to see them back together in the future. They have done this before.

Either way, they are at least being smart about the company.

I would be amicable too if I were getting half od $2 billion dollars..LOL I hope they do get back together. I hate to see anyone divorce after being married for awhile.
