I know I've been to a few four diamond restaurants and maybe one five, but I think most all the diamond-rated restaurants have great food, or better yet, great cuisine.

Even one or two of the buffets I've been to have had three and four star foods. I'm glad some of the Las Vegas casinos are bringing those back into service.

Having a good meal to fill your belly is one thing, but when you have a fabulous meal where everything tastes just right is so much better.
