Aureole Restaurant

If this one doesn't tempt the taste buds, I don't know anything that would.



This place is called Aureole and is located on Las Vegas Blvd. at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. You may have heard of the prestigious chef, Charlie Palmer who has a restaurant in New York.

They offer American cuisine and have a wine tower with over 9,000 bottles to choose from. The "Wine Angels" (wine stewardesses) are literally hoisted via harnesses to retrieve the bottles of wine.



A friend of mine dined at the New York restaurant and said it was the best food she ever ate at a restaurant.

I find the cuisine at most of the Resort's fine dining restaurants to be superb.

You will pay a little more for your servings, but it is the best prepared food in the world.

I haven't been to Aureole, but I see they have good ratings;
Mobile Travel Guide: 4 Stars.
AAA: Four Diamonds, and in NY it's 5.

It's not easy getting 4 Stars from Mobile, so they must be really good.

That is a ncie looking dish they have there. Makes me hungry just looking..LOL She is right it must really be good if Mobile gave them 4 stars!
