Harrah's boasts having "piping hot steamed crab legs" available as part of their buffet. The only thing is that they don't mention whether or not crabs legs are always on the menu. It may be that they're only available during certain days/times.

The Rio also offers snow-crab legs all of the time at their Village Seafood Buffet. They're open from 4-10pm Sunday - Thursday and from 3:30-10:30pm on Friday and Saturday. I've read mixed reports about whether or not they're served hot, but from what I understand is that if they're not steamed already, they will steam them for you.
Prices at the Village Seafood buffet are $38 for adults and $24 for children. More details @

The Rio isn't on the strip, but it's right behind Caesars and the Bellagio - well within walking distance. Harrah's is right on the strip, and also within walking distance....
