Default Claude Gaty
Claude Gaty is the new chef for the Top of the World restaurant at the Stratosphere Casino Hotel and Tower. He has 26 years of experience mostly in French cuisine.

He will be working with Chef Rick Giffen and Sous Chef Carlos Vargas. Gaty will be responsible for the menu, training, and guest satisfaction.

Not only is he a great Chef, he has opened some restaurants as well. He has opened one is Maui, Petaluma, and Chicago.
