Default Easter Dinner/Brunch 2009

We will be making our annual trek to Vegas over Easter this year. Any suggestions on a great place for Easter dinner or brunch? I know we can hit all the usual places but we were looking for something just a little different for Easter day. I've heard that the strip buffets are generally packed on Easter day and that there are lines abounding so suggestions are definitely welcome!

Where will you be staying?
There are lots of nice places to eat...but would be great to know where you are staying...so we can find a place close to there.

Here are some restaurants that will be serving Easter Dinner, and reservations are suggested at these restaurants.

Arriva Italian Restaurant, Gold Coast. They will be having Easter dinner specials, which will be served between 5pm and 10pm. Probable price right around $25. per person.

Billy Bobs Steakhouse, are serving a 12 ounce bacon wrapped tenderloin, with great sides. Served from 2 pm till close. Cost between $30 and $40 per person.

Cili Restaurant will serve Easter Brunch from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Their menu will include ham, prime rib, and lamb.
Cost, $59 for adults and $25 for children.

Eiffel Tower restaurant, Paris Las Vegas, will be serving Easter Lunch from 11am to 2:30 pm. And what a menu they have for Easter Lunch. !! Childrens lunch $14, with children under 7 getting a complimentary lunch.

Giorgio Ristorante, Mandalay Bay has a menu to die for. Cost ranges from $45 to $54 per person.

If you are looking for anywhere special, please let us know as we have a whole list of restaurants that will be serving for Easter.

we are staying at the Residence Inn on Howard Hughes drive (never been there, could not get our timeshare for the days we wanted so we traded it in and took 2 suites here). we spend a lot of time booking around Vegas and the area, so being close isn't as issue - we might like to get off the strip because we eat there so much on our usual trips out. Lamb - mmmm. That would be on the menu if we stayed home

Lamb sounds wonderful. I haven't had it myself in years. I have no idea how to prepare it and am afraid to try. I wouldn't want to spend all of that money on it and then ruin it.

What would one prepare to go with lamb? Thats the other issue I would put out the wrong side dishes and ruin the meal even if the meat turned out well.
