Default FiAMMA Trattoria and Bar

Have any of you ever been to FiAMMA Trattoria and Bar? Look at the picture... this place looks amazing. Really pretty.

FiAMMA actually stands for Flame in Italian and that is perfect for the romantic setting they have. They have a more modern decor with wood and leather accents. Beautiful. The Executive Chef for the restauraunt is Chef Carlos Buscaglia.

Some of the dishes you can expect are Raviolini stuffed with beef shortrib and Gnocchi with lobster and truffle sauce.

If you don't want a regular table you can enjoy a cocktail by the fire in the lounge.

This place is located at 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. They accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Now this is the kind of cuisine I like to eat, Italian.

I've had some real home-cooked Italian meals before and I just want to say the Italian's know how to cook when they're in the mood.

I love the stuffed pasta with tomatoe sause plates with just about any kind of stuffing as long as it's covered in sause.

Thanks for adding the video. It is a really nice place.

I am an Italian food lover too. I'd have to say it's my favorite and the saucier, the better!

Even something as simple as spaghetti smothered in sauce with some Italian bread with butter.... mmmmm! I love it!
