Fleur De Lys

My daughter would want to eat here. She is in here second year of French in highschool. I would need her with me to read the menu for me lol. I love different French foods. I would want to know the ingredients though lol.

This place is called Fleur De Lys. It is located at 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. They more of a serene enviroment which is great because I am sure at times you would want to enjoy a little peace and calmness after spending so much time in the casinos!

The decor is amazing. They have it all candlelit, dark purple curtains and the dining room kind of resembles a cathedral. It's very calming.

Executive Chef Hubert Keller leaves nothing to be desired from what I've read of the menu. They prepare things like amuse bouche, Ahi Tuna Tartare and Truffled Onion Soup. I actually ate a couple of these things prepared by the students in my daughter's French class. Very good.
