Mexican Food

It's hard to find a great Mexican restaurant in my area. The closest one I can think of is Taco Bell lol. Vegas has one that sounds great though. It's called Dos Caminos.

Dos Caminos can be found inside the Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino on the strip. You can have the usual Mexican staples such as guacamole, empanadas & tacos but they have lots of signature entrees as well.

They have VIP tables, the SALA lounge, private cabanas, bottle service and D.J.'s.

Dinners will cost you $25 or more but thats not too bad compared to a lot of places on the strip.

I really do wish we had a Mexican restaurant of that caliber around here. I love Mexican food but Taco Bell just doesn't cut it!

Speaking of Tacos... Have you ever had Taco Dip? It is really good. Here's the recipe.

Fry up 2 pounds of burger, crumbled. Add 1 pkg of taco seasoning. Spread a package of cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the burger on top of that. Spread a jar of salsa on top of the burger. Cover it all up with shredded mozzerella cheese. Bake it at 350 until the cheese is all melted. Eat it with tortilla chips. YUM YUM! This is one of my kid's favorites. This makes a pretty good amount. I have 5 to feed and it does plus more lol.
