Default Wine in Las Vegas

Never thought of Vegas as a place for wine conniseurs? Well think again, here are some "wine" facts about Vegas that will change your mind about where to get the best wines in the country.

There are 16 Michelin-starred restaurants within several hundred yards of each other and between them, they share 21 stars.

At the Rio, the Wine Cellar and Tasting Room has a 50,000 bottle wine room, worth over $10M.

Dom Perignon and Cristal are sold and consumed here, more than anywhere else.

Mandalay Bay has a 45 foot wine tower, and an electronic wine list available to patrons.

A bottle of 1959 Chateau Margaux will run right around L3,800. And some people just drink it with their lunch.

The Bellagio for instance, buys more wine than anywhere else in the world does.

With Vegas at the top of the list of places to get fine wines, they are actually outselling New York 2 bottles to 1.

I agree with the great wines in Las Vegas.

I've had a few of glasses of wine in a couple of the hotel casinos, and have no complaints with any of the wines being served.

I can't tell you what wines they were since I'm no wine connoisseur, but a friend also offers me a night cap every time I visit the great city of Vegas, and the wine is good and relaxing.
