The Brewery Collectibles Club of America (BCCA) Convention will take place at the beginning of April. It will take place April 2-4 at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The first three days of the convention are for members only and the last day is open to the public for free.

They say beer can collecting began soon after the first beer cans appeared. They have been a desired collectable because of all of the different types, colors and designs on the cans.
Among the first beer "item" to become a collectors item was the beer cap or crown.

Check out this pic of old beer cans. Wow, they are pretty neat.
Not only are beer cans and caps collected worldwide but so are the neon signs that you see in the tavern windows and other advertising signs as well.
They have lots of things planned at the convention including a Texas Hold'em tournament.
