Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas

Tomorrow, Thursday January 6th in Las Vegas the Consumer Electronics Show will kick off. This show is supposed to be one of the best ever. If your into the tech stuff your gonna want to check this one out.

This show features a ton of new tablets. New designs and capabilities, smaller sizes and so on. The tablets are all the rage right now and they are putting plenty of new ones out there. They are getting better than ever.

Another big feature of the show will be the Verizon iPhone. AT&T was the previous only carrier of the iPhone but they want to reach apps to a larger audience. People have been begging for it's release.

At the other end of the spectrum are new large-screen three-dimensional television sets, new glasses for viewing the 3-D sets, and some sets that need no glasses. "We're also going to see a lot in the way of smart TVs, which means the connected TV, Internet-connected technology for your television, which means really the television is becoming your computer," she noted.

There are smart appliances, including energy-efficient washing machines and refrigerators.

In-car services are on the hot topic list as well. They are using smartphones to receive in-dash system data such as tire pressure, oil levels, driving directions and so on.

This show is one of the most anticipated shows of all time in Las Vegas and it's gonna be a good one.

The show starts tomorrow at the Las Vegas Convention Center and it wraps up on Sunday.

I actually saw something about this on the Weather Channel of all places...
The "Wake Up with Al" show is from 6am to 7am ET.

They were showing the first viewing of the new electronic pads, like the iPad from apple, but with a couple extras added to them.

Al and the man in Vegas were actually on a conference video call as they were speaking on the television.

Man I'd love to go see that one.

I would love to see it too. I love electronic gadgets. I can't afford them but I like 'em lol.

I am fascinated by the fact that they can put together something so small that can do so much. It's amazing!
