Conventions Boosting Las Vegas Visitors

Conventions have been playing a huge role in boosting the amount of people visiting Las Vegas for the past thirteen months.

Each month for the past thirteen months Las Vegas has seen a growth in visitors which is exactly what it needs. They are saying that conventions have had a lot to do with the increase.

Convention attendance during the year-over-year period increased 10.3 percent, helped by the return of the triennial ConExpo-Con/Agg tradeshow, which had about 125,000 in attendance. Convention attendance in Las Vegas for the month totaled more than 518,500 attendees.

This is great because it helps fill hotel rooms, restaurants and so on. It helps to keep these other business's going as well as helping to keep jobs in Las Vegas.
