Tharp and Young on Ice Cream convention will be 12-02 to 12-04 2009 at the Embassy Suites Airport with 30 Attendees Expected.

This is the 24th edition of this convention, its a series of technical short courses, product clinics, and also frozen dessert technologies.

They have over 75 years of combined experience.

Also included are True Sugar-Free Ice Cream, novel approaches, ingredient function and Selection, key elements, processing mix, freezing and hardening of ice cream,flavors, colors, food safety, much much more.
