International Swizzle Stick Convention

Yes, you heard right, its a Swizzle Stick Convention. These are the little sticks you stir you drinks with.

The International Swizzle Stick Collectors Associations Annual Convention will be held on September 14th - September 16th at the Plaza Hotel and Casino with 30 attendees expected.

I didnt know they had a Swizzle Stick Collectors Association. And now I am curious as to how lucrative a hobby this might be.

Really? A swizzle stick convention? I didn't know there were people who collected swizzle sticks - let alone that there's enough interest to have to an association.

This rank up there on my list of things that are strange, but then again I've heard of weirder things being collected by people.
