Martial Arts Convention in Vegas

On July 4th to 8th, The Martial Arts industry Association will hold its 2010 Annual Convention at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.

Expected attendees: 2000

This would also be a very interesting convention to be able to attend.

This would be right up my husband and son's alley. They are really into this fighting stuff. Not so much for me though. I hate to watch any kind of fighting. I think it's crazy to just beat up on somebody for no real reason lol. My husband and most men don't agree with me lol.

I agree with you about the fight thing but Martial Arts arent just about the fighting. It is a way to learn self control, get a much stronger body, and learn self protection.

Now to me boxing is fighting and is one thing I have never enjoyed watching at all. Wrestling on tv on the other hand is a joke. Its all so fake.

My daughter took some martial arts classes in school and she has always been interested in the sport.

She has an issue with her wieght even though she is not fat,she wants to be more tone and she needs motivation to do it.

I think that this would be a great thing to take her to,to helop motivate her with something that she is interested in.

Now only if I could figure out how to make it to Vegas in time for the show.....
