Miss Exotic World Pageant

The Miss Exotic World pageant is going to be held at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas from the 4th of June thru the 7th of June.

This pageant is an annual burlesque pagent and convention. It is also a show case which raises money for the Burlesque Hall of Fame which is also known as the Exotic World Burlesque museum.

This pageant is also known by many as the Miss America of Burlesque. This convention attracts the queens of burlesque from the past decades and of course new participants. This convention will consist of burlesque performances which will span the weekend, and at the end of the weekend there will be a crowning of the new burlesque queen of 2009.

Winning this competion is the highest honor for those participants, and of course being places upon previous queens in the Exotic World Burlesque Museum.

Back in the year 2005 there were several changes make to the pageant, one of which was adding in a new catagory which is Best Debut as well as others. The application process was then tightened up to ensure that there was a standardized fairness to those who participated in the events.

Now I have heard it all..LOL I guess Sex sells huh?? I can't see any woman with respect for herself to be in anything like this.

From what I have read about all of this, there are around five thousand woman who fill out the application online to participate in this event every year.

You are right, sex does sell, and these people know how to sell it very well. I personally could never do something like this or even imagine anyone I know doing something like this, but there are millions of people who are more than willing to show it all.
