I found a story that was written about two years ago. Its outdated but the info is no less impressive. The story was about some of the very biggest wins in Las Vegas History. I was floored by a few of them!
Kerry Packer, an infamous billionaire high-roller went on a gambling expedition back in 1997. Over just a couple of days he won somewhere between $20 and $40 million dollars. Legend says that he tipped the cocktail waitress a house and gave the dorrman $1 million bucks! Easy come easy go though, I guess just two years later he lost $28 mil in a London casino.
In 1998, one lucky lady who has remained anonymous won $680,000 playing the Wheel Of Fortune at the Palace Station Hotel. Just a few months later she hit the MegaBucks jackpot for $27,582,539!
Now heres the big one... In 2003 a 25 year old software engineer from Los Angeles hit for $39,713,982.25 at The Excalibur playing slots!
