I have decided to help my old man's parents along in the luck department when they head off to Vegas at the end of the month. I am getting them a few troll dolls and a couple of four leaf clover key rings and hopefully they will be able to get some luck out of that and win big while they are there.

Mostly it is just kind of a joke, but it sure would be nice if they did win pretty big!!!



Neither of them believe in good luck tokens, which is why I am getting them the dolls and clovers. They will either hate me for it, or they will laugh about it. Cross your fingers that they laugh about it all.

I think it's thoughtful of you queen of hearts to get some luck tokens for your parents, whether they believe in them or not.

Besides, they will be told "Good Luck" everywhere they go in Las Vegas, by the dealers and even by the hotel check-in personel.

I really don't like it when everyone who works at the casinos have to tell you good luck.
My general response is; yeah thanks...
When it should be; hey, good luck to you too, because I'm going to work hard on taking all the money I can from your casino.

Anyways, they won't need good luck charms. All the casino workers in Las Vegas will be wishing them good luck.
