Default Solitare

I love to play solitare. There are many versions of the game that I have seen and never played. I have a game on my computer that I play often. I think that solitare is a standard game that is available on all computers, not sure though.

Has anyone ever played pyramid solitare? I have seen people playing but don't know the rules. It looks interesting and I would like to learn to play.

My old computer had a solitare option that allowed you too play Vegas style. For money that is. I miss it and am going to see if I can find a download that will give me my game back. I had a good high score and I know it is going to take forever to get it back.

I think you can play casino solitaire at 3dice online casino for free. I like casino solitaire, from what I can see you need a bankroll to play it because most games you will lose some of your money, but the one game you win brings all the money back and then some. That's the time to quit if you don't want to play for hours on end, because likely you will go on another losing streak.

I love playing pyramid solitare, it is really very easy.

You deal the cards out this way

1
11
111
1111
11111
111111
1111111

the object is to add to cards up that total 13. kings being worth 13, queens 12, and jacks 11. Aces are 1. you can only remove two cards at a time and they can not be covered by other cards, they must be open to move. you use the deck to turn them over one at a time, and see if you can use the card to match an open card on your pyramid to add up to 13. if not, then that card goes in the waste pile and you turn up the next card, and so on and so on.

after you have gone through the entire deck, if the pyramid is not gone, you loose, no reshuffles.

Its a fun game, and easy to play, if i did not explain good enough, [ which is possible! lol ] just say something and i will answer some more.

cheers

I like to play different types of solitaire as well. I guess my favorite version is Spider Solitaire. Its on my pc, I believe it comes standard on most operating systems if I'm not mistaken. I like to play the medium level game. The easy level is too easy and I am not good enough yet for the hard level lol. Its really fun to play though.

I like to play a somewhat regular solitare game, with the 7 cards spread out and flip three over from the left-over deck if you cannot make a move on the table. I guess that would be simple solitare.

I've tried spider solitare several times and it just confuses me at times, and takes too long to finish. But like any card game, practice makes perfect.
I may learn to like playing it if I spent some time at the game.

Spider does take awhile to get the hang of the game, but once you do it is realy a fun game to play. It takes alot of thinking and planning moves.
