Default Country Music Awards

The 44th annual Country Music Awards will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It will be a week long event with different things going on each day. Reba McEntire will host the event for the 11th time.

On Saturday April 4th, the ACM Chairman’s Ride will take place. This used to be called the ACM Charity Motorcycle Ride. A couple of the artists who are supposed to participate are Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry. Also taking place on this day is the 6th Annual Academy of Country Music Celebrity Golf Classic. Tee off is 11 am. Last but not least for this day is the Divas Downtown on Fremont Street. Performers such as LeAnn Rimes and Kellie Pickler will sing. This is also free to the public.

On Sunday April 5th, the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards will take place. After the Awards are over the All-Star jam will begin. This will performances from those who participated in the awards.

I love different types of music and country is one of my favorites. I would love to be in Vegas for this.

I'm with you!

Would love to see the CMA's just one time - a plus that it is in Vegas.

I have seen a couple of the performers in concert a few years ago. They were awesome. I would love to see them again.

I wish I could be there. I LOVE Country Music!

You know what would really be great? If a Vegas casino bought licensing rights to the Grand Ole Opry! Why should you have to go to Nashville when you could see it in Vegas? I'm sure if they charged enough for the licensing rights, they wouldn't lose any money.....hmmmmm

edit: Hell, they've already did a similar job with the price is right...

Lol I think Vegas is top notch but I would have to disagree when it comes to the Grand Ole Opry. I think it just simply belongs in Nashville. Just my opinion though.
