Who doesn't dig REO Speedwagon??? lol! Well, they are going to be in Las Vegas on June 18th at the Green Valley ranch. Tickets are on sale now.

REO Speedwagon releasd their very first album back in 1971 and they have been rock'n it ever since. I don't know if you know this or not but when they first formed a band they rented a Chevy station wagon and drove from bar to bar across America playing their music.

They play songs like "Dead at Last", "Lay me down" and "You can fly".

I can't wait to see them in AC...Styx and .38 special are going to be playing there, along with REO Speedwagon!! They're scheduled at the Borgata on June 26th....tickets start at $80 for the pit...

A funny story about the band. I went to go see them a couple of years ago and the lead singer said he went to the bathroom, and he heard someone in the next stall talking to a buddy. He said, wow, that lead singer is pretty good but.... Not as good as the original.

He came back after the break and told everyone the story about the mens room and he was laughing saying he IS the origanal. It was just so funny to hear that. And he really was the original singer, Kevin Cronin!

What blew my mind is that I was reading about famous people that were from my hometown in Evansville, IN the other day, and found out that their keyboardist, Neal Doughty is from there!
